Stage 1

One of our trained claim handlers will contact you to arrange the most suitable method of estimating your repairs. They will organise the urgent collection of your vehicle (if necessary), or if it's still driveable, they'll organise a convenient time and date for you to come in for an estimate. A comprehensive computerised estimate will show you the break-down of the costs an be sent to your insurance company with digital photographs.

You may also want a price for the repair of your alloy wheels.

Stage 2

Your insurance company agree the repair process and authorise us to proceed. Should the cost of repair be close to the cost of the current value of the vehicle, the insurance company may choose to send an engineer to asses the vehicle before authorising repairs or writing it off.

Stage 3

Once approved by the insurance company the vehicle is scheduled for repair. Our in-house parts team will order all parts required to repair your vehicle.

Stage 4

One of our reception team will contact you to agree a convenient booking date for the repairs to commence. You can collect a courtesy car (subject to availability).

Stage 5

We begin the repair work on your car. - Feel free to call any time for an update.

Stage 6

Once repaired, your vehicle will be cleaned and go through a quality control check.

Stage 7

A member of our team will call to arrange collection.

Stage 8

On collection, we ask you to pay the excess (if applicable). We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
